ActivEars Hearing Centres

Our family has been serving southwestern Ontario for over fifty years in the health care field. ActivEars Hearing Centres were established in 1993 and we continue to grow with the support of our local community. We specialize in hearing awareness, hearing evaluations, education, Digital Hearing Instruments and Assistive Listening Devices i.e.: FM systems, amplified telephones, and special alarm systems. We also provide custom-made musician plugs, noise plugs, swim plugs (available within 48hours upon request) and on site counselling.

ActivEars strongly believes in educating and helping people with hearing loss. You will be welcomed by our professional, friendly and courteous staff when you arrive at our clinic. There are six ActivEars location throughout South Western Ontario; and an enthusiastic staff member is always available to assist you.

On Your First Visit

You will be asked to fill a medical history and once completed; you will be called into the testing room. An Hearing Instrument Specialist will in detail, explain the course of procedure during your appointment.

What sets us apart is our ability to reach out and add a personal touch. We will go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction in all our hearing services. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a personal touch and maintain a long time relationship with our patients.

When clients purchase their hearing aids from ActivEars, they will be serviced for the life of the hearing aid ( 3 to 5 years). We also provide servicing for all types and models of hearing aids.
