Meet Sarah Wilson, an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who is a valuable member of the Sarnia ActivEars Hearing Centres team. Sarah brings a wealth of experience and dedication to exceptional patient care, and she has a unique perspective that adds tremendous value to her role.
Prior to joining ActivEars Hearing Centres, Sarah worked in medical offices and customer care roles, and spent 18 years as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) where she developed a deep understanding of the needs, concerns and care required for her patients.
What Sarah loves most about working at ActivEars Hearing Centres is the team environment and the daily interactions she has with patients and the community she calls home. She takes great pride in ensuring that every patient feels heard, understood, and cared for throughout their hearing journey.
